Syttex Terms and Conditions of Service

Our refund and return policy is 14 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be returned correctly, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In addition, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts or pieces for reasons beyond our control is strictly prohibited. Also, any product that you want to return more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Items for sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping and returns

To return your product, you must mail it to the address that was indicated on the original package (return address).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may be different.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
